About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistant/Driver to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, including a 1-year-old paediatric client with tracheostomy care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and bowel management.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to the development of our carer development centre, which provides bespoke training and support for our carers.

Requirements
  • You must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
  • You should have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • You should be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
  • You should be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references.
