SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Worker / Personal Assistant to provide after-school support to a 15-year-old young lady with Autism and Dyspraxia. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and be able to provide emotional support and guidance to help the young lady develop her communication and social interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide after-school support to the young lady, including assistance with light housekeeping, meal prep, and wardrobe organisation.
* Assist the young lady with socialisation, helping her independence and life skills.
* Accompany the young lady to activities such as boxercise, trampolining, and the local youth club.
Requirements:
* Experience working with individuals with autism and emotional dysregulation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A non-smoker/vaper and a confident driver with a clean driving record.
