About the Role

The Priory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Services Officer to join our team. As a Data Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our therapy services, ensuring high levels of efficiency and accuracy in data entry and mailbox management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our therapy services, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  2. Data Entry: Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
  3. Mailbox Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including responding to correspondence and ensuring that all mail is processed in a timely manner.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
