About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Water Recycling team at Anglian Water Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our water recycling facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain familiarity with current issues and resource requirements.
  • Champion a collaborative approach across catchment areas and develop employees through active coaching in the workplace.
  • Prevent and effectively manage operational incidents, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all employees.
  • Manage the allocation of costs, including revenue and capital, and identify capital investment needs.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience of water recycling environments within a proven leadership role or educated to degree level with the capability of leading a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor your communication style to suit a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer service skills, with the ability to liaise and work with multi-disciplinary teams in an empathetic and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations, showing resilience and prioritization skills.
