  • Produce and Maintain Risks and Issues Documentation

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of risks and issues associated with our data management processes.

Collaborate with Stakeholders and Document on Project RAID Log

Work closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and track risks and issues on our project RAID log.

Share Risks and Issues with FCP DDU

Regularly share risks and issues with our FCP Data Delivery Unit to ensure timely resolution.

Meet with Architects and Identify Gaps in Data Space

Meet with other architects to identify duplication of work and gaps in our data space, and report these findings back to our FCP DDU.

Knowledge Sharing and Theme Identification

Share knowledge and identify themes that require resolution, and escalate these to our FCP Lead Business Data Architect as needed.

Ensure Data Consideration Throughout Projects

Ensure that data is considered throughout all projects, and meet with our FCP Lead Business Data Architect on a regular basis to discuss actions taken.

Receive and Act on Guidance from FCP Data Delivery Unit

Receive guidance from our FCP Data Delivery Unit and take necessary actions to implement.

Take Direction from Project Manager and Agree on Work Plan

Take direction from our Project Manager to set out activities required in projects, and agree on work plans with our DDU Lead Business Architect.

Review Work Plan with FCP DDU and Report Progress

Review work plans with our FCP DDU and report progress against deliverables.
