About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at Cheil UK. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and edits for various platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and other multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Translate concepts and storyboards into high-quality animations and motion graphics.
  • Develop animations and graphics that align with project themes and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion design.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to ensure creative output is cutting-edge and effective.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and concepts for visual content.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics work.
  • Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation skills.
  • Excellent visual storytelling ability with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to receive and integrate feedback smoothly and efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with 3D animation and compositing.
  • Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.
  • Knowledge of video production processes.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
