Spinner Medical Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Urologist to join our team in a Specialist role. As a key member of our Urology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Urology services.

• Provide specialist Urology services to patients, ensuring the highest standard of care and delivering services in an efficient and effective manner.
• Assist in the education and supervision of surgical trainees and other medical staff, medical students, and allied health professionals.
• Participate in consultant-led outpatient and inpatient operating services, ensuring seamless patient care.
• Contribute to clinical audit, research, and service planning activities, driving continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with the Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) to develop and implement a stand-alone Urological unit, enhancing patient care and outcomes.

• Broad experience in Urology, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
• FRACS or equivalent qualification, with at least 5 years of consultant experience to meet RACS comparability.
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement, teaching, and education.
