About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Tradesperson to join our team at K&T Heating Services, part of the Sureserve Group. As a key member of our Installation department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality heating services to our clients across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the completion of heating installations, including boxing in pipework, tiling, ceiling repairs, and making good.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and administrators to provide support to install engineers.
  • Assist with vertical flues and other installation tasks as required.

As a Multi Tradesperson, you will be responsible for assisting with a range of tasks, including:

  • Assisting with the installation of new boilers.
  • Helping to complete vertical flues, including adding bracing to the loft and weathering lead slate into the roof.
  • Building timber boxing under boilers where required.
  • Assisting with the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs), including building concrete bases, lifting floorboards, and constructing new cupboards.
  • Attending all allocated calls and reporting any delays to call handlers.
  • Carrying out daily tasks in a helpful and professional manner, prioritizing customer service.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy company vehicle, adhering to company and HSE regulations.
  • Managing your workload effectively, taking responsibility for the works you have carried out.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have or be working towards a City & Guilds multi-trade/building qualification or demonstrate relevant experience.
