About the Role:

The Road Tanker Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the roadworthiness of tankers and carrying out meter checks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a passion for safety and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect tankers to ensure they are roadworthy and compliant with regulations
  • Carry out meter checks to ensure accurate measurements
  • Work independently to fulfill works for major companies and independent customers
  • Liaise with customers on site to discuss ongoing works and further services
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all equipment, tools, PPE, and other work items are in good order and repair
  • Complete all works in a timely manner, including paperwork and submission to divisional supervision

About You:

  • You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for safety and quality assurance
  • You have a general knowledge of dangerous goods regulations
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
