Acute Mental Health Care Manager

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Surgical Ward Manager on the Male Acute Ward at Goodmayes Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong managerial and clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality care and support for patients.
">Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum (plus HCAS)
">The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working with people with complex, acute mental health needs and challenging behaviors. They will possess a thorough knowledge of care planning, risk assessment, and legislation related to mental health, including the 1983 Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers.
