About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at Reiss, a leading luxury brand with a strong presence in the market. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement store strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and inventory management
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Manage store budgets and ensure effective use of resources
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a luxury brand environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strong visual merchandising skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective store displays
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
