Job Summary:
Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Educator to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will have the opportunity to instil a lifesaving skill in people of all ages and abilities.
This is a permanent position with set working hours and days. We are looking for swim teachers to cover Monday to Friday, 4pm - 6pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for preparing lesson plans and a comprehensive scheme of work that meets the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
- You will lead sessions according to the programme timetable, ensuring classes commence and finish at designated times.
- You will establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, putting them at ease with a real "can-do" attitude.

The estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes an annual increase based on individual performance and company targets.
