We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Couple to join our team at Signature Staff. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and organization of our country farm in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gardening and Grounds Maintenance: You will be responsible for the upkeep of our large garden, including the use of ride-on lawnmowers, as well as the care of courtyards and surrounding areas.
  • Interior and Exterior Maintenance: You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our property, including DIY projects and repairs.
  • Chauffeuring and Vehicle Care: You will be responsible for driving our family vehicles, including cleaning and servicing schedules, as well as caring for our pets.
  • Event Support: You will be required to assist with events and parties, including helping with heavier work and ensuring the smooth operation of our household.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability: You will be available to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with occasional longer days over the weekend.
