Learning Support Assistant

Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - SEN Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will be able to provide individualized support to students in a primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom
- Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions
- Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department
- Keeping track and recording pupil progress
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, be able to provide individualized support, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
