We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our Digital Design team at NatWest. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype solutions to customer problems to drive innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain journey maps, UX wireframes, hi-fidelity UI, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead and manage ideation, brainstorming, and critique workshops with multiple stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive design excellence.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find solutions to design challenges that appeal to customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering customer-focused designs, ideally including native mobile designs.
- Ability to work well in an Agile, fast-paced, and data-driven environment.
- Previous experience designing at a consumer-focused tech or media company.
- Demonstrated focus on design for native mobile.
- Significant experience in shipping consumer products.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
