This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Development Management team in Erewash Borough Council. As a Senior Urban Planner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planning applications, including the proposed 80ha employment site and a 1,200 home urban extension.
Key duties include:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Assisting in the preparation of planning documents
- Liaising with stakeholders and residents
The successful candidate will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field, and be a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
