Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ESOL Instructor to join our team on a sessional basis at Windsor Forest Colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a teaching program that covers ESOL Pre-Entry to GCSE Level for both 16-to-18 age groups and adults.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the ESOL curriculum.
  • Teach in the evenings or at venues within the community outside of Langley College.
  • Initial assessment and enrolment duties.
  • Regular assessment of student progress.
  • Accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitoring student attendance.
  • Maintaining student discipline.
  • Organizing enrichment activities.
  • Staying updated on curriculum development.
