Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and consultancy services to clients, developing new learning services and products, maintaining Make UK's portfolio of IEMA courses, and working closely with the sales team to identify and win new business opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ideal candidate should be registered to deliver IEMA courses up to PIEMA level.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge built on industry experience.
  • Able to work through complex issues and combine people and technology solutions.
  • Achieving outstanding customer feedback.
  • Keeps up to date with latest legislation and enforcing bodies.
  • Comfortable with Sustainability/Environment delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Benefits and Salary

Make UK offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include free parking, meal service on site, flexible hours, health cover, matched pension contributions up to 8%, and life assurance.
