### Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic & Content Designer to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that brings our brand to life.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop a diverse range of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email banners, landing pages, flyers, and posters
* Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns, contributing to the visual content strategy across print, video, and digital
* Ensure brand consistency and evolve our visual identity to stay on the cutting-edge of design trends and best practices
* Work autonomously to tell our brand's story in a way that motivates and inspires our audience

### Requirements

* Excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent video production and editing experience
* Knowledge/experience of the travel or retail sector
* Motion graphics and animation experience
* A good understanding of digital marketing strategy
* An understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS
