About the Role

As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations while providing leadership and guidance to staff members.

You will create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development, actively participate in new referrals and admissions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the individual needs of each young person.
