Job Title: Senior Groundworks Contracts Manager
About the Role:
Nicholas Associates is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for managing multiple groundworks contracts across the North West area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 3-5 groundworks contracts simultaneously
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Collaborate with site engineers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (desirable)
* Previous experience in residential groundworks, roads, and sewers
* CSCS Card / SMSTS or equivalent
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
