We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our engineering department in a high-speed automated factory. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance strategies. Your main duties will include carrying out predictive maintenance tasks, addressing equipment breakdowns, and participating in engineering projects such as Continuous Improvement (CI) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
You will also develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills. You should also be proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, belts, and chains. Furthermore, experience with CMMS systems and quality management processes is highly desirable.
