Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
