About the Role

A Planner is required by a specialist construction contractor based in Belfast. The company works across multiple projects, specialising in the Facades sector and requiring a full-time permanent Planner.

With a considerable head count across multiple countries, this employer is one of the leading UK-based designers, manufacturers, and installers of architectural glazing systems. They provide various external facade services to many of the market-leading European and UK-based contractors working in the construction sector.

The successful candidate will join the company as their lead Planner, taking full responsibility for accurate forecasting and programming of live sites across the business's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of project logistics and method statements, improving timelines.
  • Review key projects to ensure programme compliance and methodologies.

Requirements

Experience of Construction Planning is required, and the candidate must be able to demonstrate the capabilities of creating and maintaining accurate programmes using MS Project, Asta Powerproject, or P6 Primavera software.

This role is open to all types of backgrounds, such as degree-qualified or trades people who have planning experience.
