Job Summary

Rotaflow Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Area Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales growth across the North West of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including food, pharmaceutical, water, and industrial markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum ONC qualification in a mechanical discipline, with HNC or higher preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in a mechanical or automation background, with a strong understanding of process solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
