Strategic Account Manager

As a Client Partner at Publicis Sapient, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our retail industry clients. With a strong track record of results, you will be responsible for owning the relationship with each client, delivering on agreed sales and revenue targets, and fostering deep relationships with customer C-suite through thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans with a 2-3 year planning horizon, and tactical executions across the full PS portfolio.
• Relationship Building: Own the relationship with each client, delivering on agreed sales and revenue targets, and fostering deep relationships with customer C-suite through thought leadership.
• Innovation: Leverage the depth and breadth of PS' portfolio, and the value-add of our extended capabilities through Publicis Groupe, to identify new opportunities, new buying centres, and innovative ways to help our clients evolve for a more digital-enabled future.
Requirements
• Strong retail and/or CPG industry knowledge.
• Experience of creating and managing high value impact on significant accounts.
• Flexible and mobile, able to work in a hybrid WFH, office, and travel environment as the role necessitates.
