Senior Data Scientist – Hybrid

Foundations Executive Search is partnering with an innovative, VC-backed AI scale-up to find a Senior Data Scientist to join their technology team.

This is a unique opportunity to work on ambitious projects and have a genuine impact on the success of the business. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will take charge of the company's groundbreaking data-focused technology and develop rules and algorithms as required.

You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Head of Engineering to ensure that technical and product requirements are executed on. The role will also involve building out a Data Science team as the business progresses.

The ideal candidate will have experience with various machine learning tools and statistical data techniques, as well as a previous software development background in Java or Kotlin. Experience developing and implementing algorithms for real-time data processing and analysis is also essential.

The company is scaling rapidly, and this role will provide you with the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant contribution to the business's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement algorithms for real-time data processing and analysis
  • Work closely with the CPO and Head of Engineering to ensure technical and product requirements are executed on
  • Build out a Data Science team as the business progresses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience with various machine learning tools and statistical data techniques
  • Previous software development background in Java or Kotlin
  • Experience developing and implementing algorithms for real-time data processing and analysis
