Job Description

Job Title: Agile Portfolio Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Portfolio Manager to join our team at Apple Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering digital projects and programmes across the Digital Health and Care NI (DHCNI) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead and manage digital projects and programmes to time and budget, ensuring delivery in line with approved standards.
  2. Portfolio Management: Develop plans and strategies for the management of projects and programmes, and report progress through regular updates.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with vendors and stakeholders to procure, implement, and transition digital systems, solutions, and services.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, and maintain portfolio logs for requests, mandates, risks, and issues.
  5. Communication: Liaise with programme managers and project resources to ensure coordinated delivery and minimize duplication.
  6. Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of regional protocols and guidelines, and contribute to the development of robust monitoring systems.

Requirements:

  1. Education: A university degree or professional qualification, and at least 3 years' experience in a portfolio/project management role within a major organization.
  2. Experience: At least 4 years' experience in a project management role within a major organization, and experience of leading ICT-supported projects with a budget of over £50,000.
  3. Skills: Experience of utilizing a project or portfolio methodology, and a current full driving license (or approved alternative transport arrangement).

Benefits:

Hourly rate: £22.37

Duration: 12 months

Location: Belfast (with remote working requirements)
