Human Resources Analyst

International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking an Extended Term (ET) Consultant (equivalent to an HR Analyst) to join its Human Resources (CHR) Department. The successful candidate will be based in Washington, D.C. and report to the Manager, Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness.
The ET Consultant, HR Analyst will provide analytical support across the Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness team, managing HR databases, producing reports, and developing HR information systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research, analyzing, and interpreting data using HR information systems.
- Preparing data tables, summary reports, and presentations with independent interpretation and recommendations.
- Providing cross-cutting support within the Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness team by developing compelling visual stories through data analysis and interpretation.
- Maintaining project documentation, developing project plans, and producing status reports on key HR initiatives.
- Anticipating issues and areas for improvement, providing constructive recommendations to enhance HR processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in human resources management, business, finance, statistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent organizational and administrative skills are required. The ability to develop and maintain working relationships across all levels of staff and managers is essential.
