Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role will involve some evening and weekend work, and you will be responsible for driving and motivating the team, maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety, and contributing to the business performance of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the business performance of the restaurant, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Previous managerial experience working in a fast-paced casual restaurant environment.
  • Passion for delivering service excellence and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Enthusiasm, vibrancy, and energy, with a passion for food and customer service.
