Convenience Store Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Sodexo. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of sales and customer service staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday, and a starting salary of £11.94 per hour. We also offer a range of training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career.
