Job Description

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for utilising your electrical knowledge and experience to ensure compliance, reduce pollution, and maintain operational sites. You will have the opportunity to innovate and introduce solutions, creating continuous improvements in existing processes. A background in the water industry is not necessary, as we welcome applications from candidates outside the sector bringing fresh perspectives and ideas.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of pumping station operation and the wastewater treatment process. You must also be a problem solver, able to identify potential issues and implement solutions or escalate when required. Excellent communication skills are essential, providing technical expertise to internal and external contractors. Resilience is crucial, adapting to work pressures and working in a constantly changing environment.
