About the Role
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll oversee a small team of cleaners to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of our fleet of vehicles. You'll assist with planning rotas, duty, and shift allocations, and help with internal and external cleaning of buses and depot premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a small team of Presentation Team Members and assist with planning the rota, duty, and shift allocations.
- Assist with the internal and external cleaning of buses and depot premises with the use of specialist equipment and chemicals.
- Assist with fuelling, oiling, watering, shunting, and parking of vehicles.
- Complete cleaning records, cover shifts, quality control audits on cleaners.
- Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work policy, ensuring protective clothing is used properly at all times and appropriate practices and procedures are always followed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months cleaning supervisory experience.
- UK resident.
- Experience of using heavy-duty cleaning machinery and chemicals.
- COSH/IOSH past training experience would be advantageous, but not essential; we will provide H&S training.
