Salary: £130-£175 per day

Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools in the South West London area who look for day-to-day Secondary Teachers. This cover can be required for a variety of reasons including emergency sickness and/or scheduled absences.

About this role:

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are seeking flexible, part-time work in Secondary education. As an ad-hoc Secondary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering the curriculum and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, depending on prior experience and specialist subject experience. (No planning)
  • Marking and assessing students' work, supporting and guiding them to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Managing classroom behaviour.
Requirements for this role:

Applicants must have a QTS.

An ambitious individual that is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure all children are happy and successful.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
