We are looking for a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Aspris Childrens Services Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neurodiversity, including expertise in anxiety, ADHD, and Gender Dysphoria and other conditions related to ASD including Food/Eating disorders.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic support to our students. You will work closely with educators, therapists, and families to create tailored interventions and ensure cohesive support for each student.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with flexible working arrangements, exclusive access to a reward and discount scheme, and opportunities for professional development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with families, provide guidance and resources for home support, and stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in clinical psychology and neurodiversity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychological assessments
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to students dealing with neurodiversity-related challenges
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive support for each student
  • Offering training and support to staff on best practices for working with neurodiverse students
