About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Aegon. As a key member of our Global Technology Services (GTS) team, you will play a critical role in delivering Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions using ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement code to achieve team goals, ensuring smooth deployment and automation of processes.
  • Collaborate with developers and internal business units to deliver TPRM solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and continuous feedback.
  • Utilize ServiceNow TPRM knowledge to address risk management challenges related to third-party vendors.
  • Engage with the team to identify and resolve issues, exploring solutions and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Interact with team members, third parties, and clients to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Applied experience with ServiceNow development in TPRM and IRM.
  • Working understanding of ServiceNow administration settings and deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Comfort working in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with a continuous learning mindset.
  • Customer-focused and good understanding of ITIL.

What We Offer

  • A competitive starting salary from £56,480 - £70,600, depending on experience.
  • A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%.
  • A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance.
  • 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time).
