We are Footprint, a well-established home improvements business based in Lancashire. We are seeking a skilled Commercial Strategist to join our team, providing strategic thinking and commercial acumen for the construction or home improvement industry. As a Commercial Strategist, you will oversee all pre-contract commercial functions, ensure cost control, and drive value maximisation across projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and knowledge of the window/conservatory/domestic build industry, although this is not essential. A basic understanding of CDM Regulations 2015, Asbestos Regulations 2011, Working at Height Regulations 2005, Manual Handling, COSHH and local authority undertakings, planning and building regulations is also required. Additionally, strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving budgets and maintaining profitability are necessary.

We offer an estimated salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 (neg) + Company Package. If you are a dynamic and driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a calm approach when dealing with dissatisfied customers, please apply for this role.
