Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant (Days) to join our fantastic team at one of our Luxury Care Homes in the Chipping Norton area. The successful applicant will support our residents in living a happy and healthy life with exceptional care.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £12.72 per hour - Overtime paid at +£4 per hour. We also offer competitive pay rates and enhanced overtime and bank holiday pay.

Job Description

This role involves supporting our residents in living a happy and healthy life with exceptional standards and personalised care. You will be involved with various aspects of the home to ensure that in every single way our residents receive the highest quality of care possible.

You will need to have a real passion and dedication for care and a genuine interest in working with older adults. Previous experience within an Elderly/Dementia/Mental Health setting is preferred but not essential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Have a NVQ Level 1 qualification or equivalent.
  • Have a valid UK passport and be eligible to work in the UK.
