Lead Our Kitchen Team as a Head Chef

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at The King Charles, Chesham. As a key member of our pub management team, you'll play a vital role in shaping and leading our kitchen team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to drive business success
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to achieve their full potential
