Program OverviewThe graduate program is designed to equip you with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in sales. You will undergo a rigorous training program that covers the fundamentals of sales, business operations, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the electrical distribution industry and our product range
- Build relationships with customers and advise them on their electrical needs
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
