We are seeking an experienced and skilled Horticultural Assistant to join our team at Oxford Garden Design. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of our plants, ensuring they are properly watered, pruned, and fed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain plant health through efficient watering, pruning, and feeding practices.
  • Loading and unloading lorries in a timely manner to meet customer demands.
  • Lay out stock in designated areas to ensure optimal display and accessibility.
  • Evaluate and implement effective health and safety measures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements:

This role requires a strong understanding of horticultural principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
