Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager Lead to join our technical team. This role will involve working on prestigious projects across the East Midlands, utilizing your expertise in design management to deliver high-quality results.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional to work with a top 10 building contractor. As a Senior Design Manager Lead, you will be responsible for managing technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage technical teams to deliver projects efficiently* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences* Develop and implement effective project plans* Monitor and control project costs* Identify and mitigate potential risks* Provide training and support to junior team members* Analyze data to inform business decisions

Requirements

* Strong leadership and communication skills* Proven experience in design management* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions* Strong problem-solving skills* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines* Experience with project management software* Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations* A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience* Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
