Business Development Specialist

**Local Business Development Manager Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Renault-Nissan Liverpool. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our light commercial vehicles and passenger fleet cars to local clients and businesses.
Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our in-house and client fleet departments, as well as commercial vehicle body conversion firms and our servicing and aftersales departments.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in automotive fleet sales or business development, with a strong understanding of the LCV and passenger vehicle markets. You will also need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service
**What We Offer:**
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, uncapped commission OTE £60,000 pa, a company car from day one, and business mileage reimbursement. You will also receive 25 days annual leave, pension including life assurance, employee discounts on products and services, and career opportunities within the Renault Retail Group UK.
