Job Description:
Support Staff for Children with Additional Needs
We are Aspire People Limited, an education agency dedicated to providing high-quality support staff for schools and academies across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in Telford.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children with additional needs in a specialist provision. This includes developing and implementing individualized plans to support students' learning and well-being, working closely with teachers and other staff members, and providing high-quality support to children with SEMH and additional complex needs.

Requirements:
- Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working with children who have SEMH and additional complex needs.
- Updated and clean DBS on the update service.
- Ability to inspire and motivate children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
