We are a not-for-profit leisure trust that is driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active. As a lifeguard, you will be an essential part of our team, working in one of the most successful leisure trusts in the UK.

Our lifeguards are well-developed individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to work flexibly. They also demonstrate a passion for the leisure industry and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.

The salary for this role is up to £15.00 per hour, making it a rewarding opportunity for those looking to develop their skills and build an exciting career in the leisure industry.

In this role, you will be required to have an NPLQ qualification or equivalent, although training can be provided for suitable candidates. You will also need to be able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
