Job Description

We are seeking an Electronic Gaming Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Birmingham Broad Street. As an Electronic Gaming Host, you will be the face of our business, greeting and looking after our electronic gaming customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' preferences and tailor the experience to their needs
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service across leisure, food, and beverage
  • Keep customers informed of the latest developments in electronic gaming and our online offer, with the goal of encouraging them to become members of Grosvenor Online
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety, and promote safer gambling practices

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience working successfully in a hospitality role
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for electronic gaming
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business and adapt to new ways of working
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
