**Job Title:** Helpdesk Analyst

**Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join our team at Bottomline. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers.

**Salary:** £42,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our team to analyze and understand customer technical issues
  • You will provide timely and accurate customer feedback
  • You will troubleshoot technical issues using ITIL processes
  • You will manage multiple cases in parallel
  • You will communicate clearly with internal and external teams

Requirements:

  • University Degree in IT or equivalent
  • Experience with Linux machine operating systems
  • Experience with SalesForce or a similar ITSM tool and ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of Fintech environment an advantage
