**Job Title:** Helpdesk Analyst
**Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join our team at Bottomline. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers.
**Salary:** £42,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
- You will work closely with our team to analyze and understand customer technical issues
- You will provide timely and accurate customer feedback
- You will troubleshoot technical issues using ITIL processes
- You will manage multiple cases in parallel
- You will communicate clearly with internal and external teams
Requirements:
- University Degree in IT or equivalent
- Experience with Linux machine operating systems
- Experience with SalesForce or a similar ITSM tool and ITIL processes
- Knowledge of Fintech environment an advantage
