Senior Fundraising Strategist

As a Senior Fundraising Strategist at Harris Federation Head Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and sustainability through innovative fundraising initiatives.

The primary focus of this position is to leverage match gifts, enhance alumni giving, and support the Head of Fundraising in developing groundbreaking fundraising ideas and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include researching and implementing mass fundraising campaigns, including student fundraising initiatives and a Giving Day, to further support educational programs at Harris Westminster Sixth Form.

This role reports directly into the Federation's Head of Fundraising and Partnerships, with a primary focus on Harris Westminster Sixth Form.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong skills in planning, delivering, and evaluating event and volunteer engagement programmes. The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualifications to degree level or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, parents, alumnae, and the wider community
• An interest in planning and delivering high-quality and effective events
• The ability to work under pressure
• Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
