Job Title: Head of Group Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing and Communications professional to join our team at Livingston James. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and commercial development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple brand identities and target markets.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and commercial development.
  • Manage and maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure exceptional attention to detail in all marketing materials and communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, including content management systems and social media tools.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with target audiences and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Develop and manage a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality marketing communications and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in strategic marketing delivery within comparable sectors such as logistics, transport, engineering, or technical fields.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or a professional affiliation in Marketing/Communications/PR.
  • Proven experience in delivering marketing communications across multiple brand identities and target markets.
  • Strong brand management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in executing a comprehensive marketing mix, including social media strategy.
  • Design skills, particularly in creating company collateral, are advantageous.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in deploying social networking media and Web 2.0 tools in a professional context.
  • Capacity to evaluate and learn emerging web technologies, including content management systems and social media tools.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
