Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counselling Specialist to join our EAP Clinical Team on a part-time basis. As a member of our team, you will work with clients to provide support through Initial Clinical Assessments/Triage, Risk Assessments, and structured counselling sessions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualification as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4 and above in Counselling) with BACP (or similar) registered status.
  • IT literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
